Dear Passenger:

From May 25, 2018 (inclusive) the free baggage allowance for one-way flights (excluding SpringPlus seats) from Seoul to Shijiazhuang and Jeju to Yangzhou will be increased to a combined total for checked and carry-on baggage of 23 kg and a combined total for checked and carry-on baggage of 30 kg for SpringPlus seats. This includes 1 item weighing no more than 5 kg, and no larger than 20×30×40 cm in size, which can be taken into the cabin. The baggage policy for these flights shall continue until July 10, 2018.

If you have already purchased check-in baggage prior to May 25, 2018 and do not use the check-in baggage allowance purchased online after the free baggage allowance upgrade, please contact the official Spring Airlines customer hotline at 95524 within 3 days of the date of your flight to apply for a refund. Customer service will confirm there are no errors and arrange a refund for you.
