Terms and Conditions
Only one infant can travel with an adult over the age of 18.
No one under the age of 5 is allowed to sit in an exit row seat.
Infant fare is 3,000 yen per person per sector.
Child fare applies to adults age 2 and older.
There is a limit to how many infants can board per flight.
Only one infant/child item per infant or child booking, such as a baby stroller, child restraint seat or carry-cot, can be carried on board free of charge.
We do not offer rental baby items
Child seats are not available on board.

- Q1. How many infants per adult are accepted?
A. Only one infant per adult. SPRING JAPAN does not permit purchase of seats for infants. All infants are to be seated on their guardian’s lap throughout the flight.
- Q2. Can I use a child seat on board?
A. No, child seats cannot be used on board, however you may check in one item per infant/child, such as a baby stroller, child seat, carry-cot, or other baby items.
- Q3. Can I carry my baby stroller on board?
A.No, you cannot carry it on board, including the airport rental baby stroller. However, if the folded size is within the carry-on size limit, you can fold it and bring it on board as carry-on baggage. For more information, see Carry-on Baggage.
