After paying the advance seat assignment fee (in the case of Spring Plus, after the first free seat assignment), seat changes cannot be made on the same flight. Also, if you change your reservation, the specified seat will not be transferred, so please pay the advance seat assignment fee again to specify your seat.

Various fees such as new booking fees and rebooking and refund fees are charged separately. If it is less than two hours prior to departure, you can only change your booking after the departure time.
If you wish to select a seat, a separate fee will apply. Spring Plus offers the initial seat selection free.
Fares vary depending on availability. The fare in effect at the time of purchase is applied, and Terms and Conditions are subject to change or addition without notice.
If you use an applicable airport for departure and/or arrival, you will be charged a Domestic Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC) on behalf of the airport.
Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC) are collected from passengers who use Narita Airport (NRT) , New Chitose Airport (CTS), and Hiroshima Airport (HIJ).
The charges are used to cover the cost of maintaining common areas in the passenger terminals, providing passenger information, maintaining security and ensuring that our customers can use airport in comfort and with confidence.

A.No, Spring Plus is not Business Class. It is a more economical fare with full optional services. Seating classes are all the same.
- Q2.Will I have to pay the Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC) at departure or arrival?

A.You will pay at departure and arrival. For example, if you fly from Tokyo (Narita) to Sapporo (New Chitose), you will have to pay the Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC) at Narita International Airport and New Chitose Airport.
- Q3.The fare changed after I made my booking. Are there any additional payments or refunds?

A.The fare at the time of booking will be applied, so there will be no payment or refund of the difference after payment.
