Rebookings

Reservations can be changed up to 30 days after the departure of the booked flight.

The boarding period is indefinite only during the sales period.

To rebook , a rebooking fee and fare difference(※)will apply. Please pay the rebooking fee and fare difference by the payment deadline.

※ Fare difference for rebookings

If the fare amount after the change is higher than the fare amount at the time of purchase, you will have to pay the difference.

If the fare amount after the change is less than the fare amount at the time of purchase, the difference cannot be refunded.

2 When rebooking at the airport counter, check-in procedures for passengers boarding that day will be prioritized to ensure on-time operations. Therefore, it is recommended to rebook online or through our Call Center as it may take time to serve you.

Change of Name

You cannot change the name on your ticket. If the boarding passenger changes, a new ticket will need to be purchased. Please note that refunds due to passenger changes are subject to a refund fee as stipulated in our fare rules.

Also, if you want to correct a passenger's name because of a spelling error, we will correct it only once. In that case, an information change fee of 2,000 yen (per sector) will apply for the correction of either given name or family name.

Terms and Conditions

  • Rebooking will be handled according to the fare rules set for each fare type.

  • We will accept rebookings on the condition that you contact our Call Center during business hours.

  • The convenience store "Pay-easy" payment will not be accepted for rebookings after the scheduled departure time.

Refunds

Refunds are possible up to 24 hours before the departure of the booked flight.

Terms and Conditions

  • Ticket refunds are accepted on the condition that you have booked a ticket on a refundable fare and have contacted our Call Center during business hours.

  • Refunds will be made by deducting the refund fee from the fare, excluding fees for optional services such as baggage and seat selection. Various fees such as optional service fees, new reservation fees, payment fees, rebooking fees and information change fees are non- refundable.

  • For refunds, prepare your reservation confirmation form, a copy of your reservation number, or anything else that can confirm your reservation.

  • In the case of a refund by bank transfer, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee.

Rebookings/Refunds due to Exceptional Circumstances

If you are unable to board your booked flight due to illness or other reasons, or if your flight is significantly delayed or cancelled, we will make special arrangements under certain conditions.

Q1. Can I get a refund for a major delay or cancellation due to bad weather such as a typhoon or heavy snow?

A. Regardless of the fare type you purchase, we will make special arrangements under certain conditions if significant delays or cancellations are expected to occur (or occurred) due to bad weather such as a typhoon or heavy snow.

Q2. Can I change my reservation or get a refund after purchasing a ticket? How much is the change/refund fee?

A.It depends on the fare type of your reservation. For details, see Rebooking and Refund Fees.

Q3. How long will the refund take?

A. Settlement will occur between SPRING JAPAN, the bank, and the settlement company in between. As the three companies will be required to process and review the refund, it will take one to three months.

Q4. I made a reservation for more than one person. Can I change or get a partial refund for people not travelling?

A.Yes, you can. Please follow the online procedure for Rebookings and Refunds. If you made a reservation with a travel agency, please contact them.
