Q1.How do I check in to a connecting flight?

A.SPRING JAPAN does not have a connection counter and we do not check in at the boarding gate. After arriving at your connecting destination, please check in again at the check-in counter.

For international flights, you will need to go through immigration and customs clearance at the airport where you are connecting. For travel documents (passports, visas, etc.), please check with the embassy or consulate of your country of departure or destination and prepare the necessary documents in advance.

Please note that SPRING JAPAN is not responsible for passengers failing to have all necessary documentation for your port of arrival.

Q2.How long do I need to transfer from another airline to SPRING JAPAN?

A.We will close check-in procedures oof all flights, with or without a connection, 35 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights and 45 minutes prior to departure for international flights. Please allow plenty of time.

Q3.How are receipted issued?

A.Depending on how you purchased your ticket, the method will be different.

Q4. Do you serve in-flight meals?

A.We do not offer in-flight meals or in-flight sales. If you want to eat or drink on board, please prepare it yourself before boarding. Please note that all passengers are required to undergo a security inspection. Please check the security guide of your departure airport as food and drinks purchased before going through security may not be permitted on board.

Q5.How do I make a reservation for an infant or child?

A.The accompanying adult can make a reservation by adding the passenger and entering the infant’s or child’s date of birth when booking the ticket on the SPRING JAPAN website. For more information, please see Age Restrictions.

※ Infant: age 15 days after birth to 2 years on the boarding date. Child: age 2 and 12 years on the boarding date.

※ You are not allowed to book and infant or child alone. If you have any questions or questions, please contact our Call Center.

Q6.What is the fare for infants and children?

A.Infant fare is 1,500 yen per person per sector for domestic flights and 3,000 yen per person per sector for international flights. Adult fare is applied to children age 2 years and older. For more information, please see Age Restrictions.

Q7.Is membership required when booking tickets?

A.Membership is required to book a ticket. To register as a member, please visit New Member Registration.

Q8.How many people can be booked at a time?

A.Up to 9 people (total of infants, children and adults) can be booked. For reservations of 10 or more, contact our Call Center. Infant reservations are limited to one infant per adult.
