Terms and Conditions
- Rebooking and refunds are based on the departure time of the SPRING JAPAN flight schedule.
- Please note that there will be no refunds within 24 hours of departure or after departure. However, the Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) will be refunded within 30 days of the date of departure.
- The same rules apply to child fares as adult fares. There are no rebooking or cancellation fee for infants. However, there are no refunds after the departure time.
- Please note that you cannot rebook within two hours of your booked flight.
