If a customer is unable to board due to illness or other reasons, a special arrangement allows for a full refund (including various fees, optional services, etc.) with no cancellation fees, provided that a medical certificate is submitted.

※For customers who purchased tickets through travel agencies, refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms of the agency where the tickets were purchased.

Please note that the following conditions must be met:

Eligible Persons:

The customer who submitted the medical certificate and one accompanying passenger.

※Both applications must be made simultaneously.

Application Deadline:

Before the scheduled departure of your reserved flight.

・For customers who purchased their tickets from the official Spring Japan website, call center, airport counter:

・For customers who purchased their tickets through a travel agency:

Please contact the travel agency where you purchased the tickets.

Note that the Spring Japan Call Center cannot process such requests.

Medical Certificate:

A medical certificate issued by a medical institution prior to the scheduled departure of the flight will be required. The cost of issuing the medical certificate must be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

【Details Required in the Medical Certificate】

1.Customer Information: Full name.

2.Diagnosis: Name of illness (diagnosis).

3.Diagnosis Date: Date of the medical evaluation.

4.Decision on Air Travel: Whether the customer is fit to travel by air and the required rest period.

5.Medical Institution Information: Name of the doctor, name of the medical institution, and the institution's official seal.
