1. Please select flight number, seat class (please click Seat Class Details to learn about restrictions applying to various fare types) and number of seats. Children tickets can only be booked along with that of accompanying adult. There must be a separate adult for every child within the party. The maximum number of adult passengers per booking of discount tickets is set at 2 and cannot exceed 4 passengers in total (inclusive of children and infants). For all other seat classes, the maximum passenger number per booking is 9.

2. When booking connecting flights with Spring Airlines, please note the following: allow 2 hours for connections between domestic flights made within the same airport (NB: due to stricter security procedures for domestic flights we suggest a minimum of 3 hours). Allow 3 hours for domestic flights connecting on to international and regional flights from within the same airport. For connections between different airports in the same city we suggest you allow a minimum of 5 hours.

3. The air ticket price excludes Airport Construction Fee and Fuel Surcharge (Please note that fuel surcharge varies according to route). No Airport Construction Fee is levied on children tickets, but a portion of the Fuel Surcharge will be charged. Airport Construction Fee and Fuel Surcharge are not applied to Infants Tickets.

4. Special passengers include the following: VIPs, unaccompanied children, the elderly, pregnant women, infants, the visually challenged, people with special needs, criminals and those facing criminal prosecution, confidential secretaries, diplomatic couriers, passengers occupying extra seats, passengers with hand baggage seats, stretchered passengers, sick or disabled passengers, and other passengers who require special care. To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, Spring Airlines requests that special passengers provide the necessary documentation when purchasing the ticket thereby enabling us to make suitable arrangements. Spring Airlines has the right to refuse carriage if you and your agent have not complied with the appropriate regulations. The passenger or his agent will be deemed solely responsible for any such refusal.

5. Passengers who wish to purchase an extra seat for their hand baggage should request so when booking their ticket. The total weight shall not exceed 75kg in weight or 40cm*60cm*100cm in size. There is no free check-in baggage allowance allocated for this extra seat.

6. Please do not put valuables in your checked baggage and do not carry a large amount of cash onboard the aircraft. Passengers are solely responsible for the safety and/or loss of their possessions onboard the aircraft.

7. Infants tickets are for passengers under 2 years of age. Child Tickets are for passengers aged between 2 and 12. (Changes to Spring Airlines Children's Fares) The accompanying adult will be responsible for any child or infant refused boarding due to their holding the incorrect ticket type.
