How to use self-check-in machine (For Domestic Flights in Japan Only)

The self-check-in machine is available for between 90min prior to departure time until 30min prior to departure time.

You cannot use the self-check-in machine if any of the following apply.
Please proceed directly to the check-in counter.

  1. Customers who request assistance
  2. Infants (under 2 years old)
  3. Passengers who have reserved emergency exit row seat
  4. Passengers who purchase tickets at the airport
  5. Passengers whose reservation number includes any of the following 1 to 4

1 Dangerous goods confirmation screen

Please check that you are not carrying any specified dangerous goods and then touch "Start check-in (confimr that I do not have any dangerous goods)" button.

Passengers carrying designated dangerous goods must proceed to the check-in counter.

Customers could select from four available languages ​​(Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean) .

２ Reservation inquiry screen

Please hold the QR code on your booking confirmation(itinerary) over the scanner.

If you do not have a QR code, please touch "Enter reservation number" and enter your reservation number.

If you do not have either QR code or reservation number, please go to the check-in counter.

３ Select passenger for boarding

If you enter the reservation number correctly, the name of the passengers will be displayed.

Check your name and click "Print Boarding Pass".

Accompanied passenger cannot check in on behalf of other passengers. The person who will be boarding must complete the check-in procedure.

4 Check-in procedure completion screen

Once boarding pass issued, your check-in procedure is complete.

Please take your boarding pass and proceed to the boarding gate before the boarding time.

If you have check-in baggage, please proceed to the check-in counter.
