Spring Airlines operated Singapore flight route.

Free baggage allowance (specific passenger groups)

After application, the free baggage allowance (specific passenger groups) will be
33 kg in total (this includes carry-on baggage which cannot exceed 5 kg or
20 x 30 x 40 cm in dimension).

Documents submitted:

• 

  Student

  Student ID (or proof of enrolment etc.). Types of accepted documents may differ at time of verification.

• 

  Seafarer

  Seafarer's Passport (Printed
  and issued by China MSA).

• 

  Worker

  Work permit (or contract etc.). Types of accepted documents may differ at time of verification.

Limit on Number of People

If they fulfill the requirements for specific passenger types then
there is no limit on the number of people.

Notes

Applications should be submitted at least 36 hours before the
flight's planned departure time.

Passengers who take advantage of the 33 kg baggage allowance
offer on Singapore flights, cannot also purchase extra discounted
baggage allowance online.

How to Submit

Send a photograph of the relevant certifying documentation etc.
via email to Spring Airlines at cs@ch.com with a subject heading of "Singapore Baggage Allowance Application".

After the application is accepted, please keep an eye out for a confirming email.
