About passengers with a visual impairment?

A Passenger with a visual impairment may travel without restriction when accompanied by an adult carer; Passengers not travelling with a carer may bring a guide dog into the cabin. Notification of such a request must be made during the booking process along with proof of quarantine and vaccination before consent can be given; Passengers with a visual impairment who are accompanied by neither carer nor guide dog must demonstrate that they do not require any such assistance. When making a booking they must be sure to complete the Special Passenger Application Form.
