On our official website and confirmation slip, we inform you that the check-in will be closed at 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time, however the correct cutoff time is 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Currently airport check-in counter and security check area are expected to be very crowded. Please show up at the check-in counter to make sure you have plenty of time. 
Customer needs to have boarding pass issued and check-in your baggage by the cutoff time. After cutoff time, customers will not be allowed to board.
