In accordance with the recent travel advisory issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to assist passengers in better planning their travel arrangements, the following notice regarding special handling of tickets for Japan routes of Spring Airlines (9C) is provided:
I. Scope of Application
Applicable to tickets purchased before 12:00 on December 5, 2025 (inclusive), with travel dates between December 5, 2025 (inclusive) and March 28, 2026 (inclusive), for flights operated by Spring Airlines (9C) to and from Osaka, Fukuoka, Ibaraki, Tokyo Haneda, Nagoya, Sapporo, Saga, Tokyo Narita, Okinawa, and Takamatsu.
II. Special Refund and Change Policy
For tickets that meet the above scope of application, from the time this notice is issued, passengers who process refunds or changes before the scheduled departure of the flight are entitled to the following involuntary refund and change.
1. If you choose to refund, the refund fee will be waived, and it is recommended that you process it as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience caused by forgetting or changes.
2. If you choose to change to a subsequent flight on the same route operated by Spring Airlines, any fare difference will be charged according to regulations, and the change fee will be waived. The fee waiver for changes is limited to once; if a refund is needed after the fee-free change, it will be processed according to voluntary refund rules.
3. Passengers who have already processed refunds or changes before 12:00 on December 5, 2025 (inclusive) are not subject to this policy.
III. Processing Methods
Passengers with group bookings should contact the original ticketing unit, while other passengers can prioritize the following self-service channels for direct processing.

2. Download the Spring Airlines APP: "Service Center" - "Change and Refund" - "Process by Document";
3. Log in to the Spring Airlines self-service refund and change link: https://t.ch.com/fFYM8;
4. Log in to the Spring Airlines official website: www.ch.com - " Services" - "Change and Refund";
