1. The email verification code function will be temporarily suspended and will resume normal operation after the maintenance is completed.

2. SMS verification codes for the following non-Mainland China regions will be temporarily suspended: Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan (China), Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, and Mongolia. The resumption time will be notified separately.
The SMS verification code service for mobile phone numbers in Mainland China (+86) will not be affected and can be used normally.

Friendly Reminder:

1. If you use a Mainland China mobile phone number (+86), you can still receive SMS verification codes normally to complete login, ticket purchase and other operations.

2. If you use an email address or a mobile number from the affected regions mentioned above, we recommend that you try to avoid doing business during the maintenance period.
