If I purchase a two-way air ticket and cancels the air ticket for the return flight for any reason, may I surrender my policy(For flights depart from Bangkok)?
You may not surrender the policy. As you purchase the two-way overseas travel insurance product, the policy has become effective when the departure flight takes off. No surrender of the policy shall be accepted once the policy period commences.
You may obtain the premium refund only when you concurrently returns your air ticket before the departure flight takes off.
