New Booking Fee
If you purchase your ticket through our Call Center or at the airport counter, a new booking fee will apply.
Payment Fee
Fees will apply for credit cards, convenience store payments, QR code payments and Pay-easy when purchasing tickets. We do not accept cash payments at the airport.
Information Change Fee
If you want to correct a passenger's name because of a spelling error, please show your official ID. The passenger’s name will be changed only once per booking, and an information change fee will apply.

These fees are non-refundable.
The fees are charged per
person per sector.
When bank transfer is selected, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee.
For corrections of a passenger's names accepted through our Call Center, please pay the information change fee at the airport counter on the day of departure.
These fees will be charged in the local currency of your place of departure. QR code settlement at Narita International Airport counter can be done in CNY.
The fees are non-refundable.
