In cases of baggage delay/damage or loss, it must be reported in person to Spring Arilines Japan Representative immediately.

Exemption from responsibility as per clause stated below.
Excessive weight and capacity
Normal wear and tear
Defects inherent in baggage
Missing accessories: casters, handles, straps, hooks, name tags, belts, case cover, etc.
scratches, cuts, dents, dirt, etc.
Expired reporting for acceptance ( Refer to Conditions of Carriage)
