(Departing from Hong Kong and Macao) If I purchase a round-trip ticket and refund the return ticket for any other reason, can the travel insurance also be refunded?
Travel insurance covers a specific period of travel. For a round-trip itinerary, only the outbound flight needs to be insured, and the system will by default not insure the return flight. Therefore, no insurance cancellation is applicable if you refund the return ticket.
