1. Capacity limits Each passenger may carry a maximum of two power banks (portable chargers) on the flight, and the rated energy of each must not exceed 160 Wh; if the rated energy is >100Wh and ≤160Wh, approval from Spring Airlines must be obtained. Lithium batteries with a rated energy exceeding 160 Wh are prohibited. 2. Compliance requirements For domestic flights, power banks without 3C certification, with unclear 3C markings, or that have been subject to recall are prohibited. On-board use and storage specifications Power banks must remain switched off throughout the flight and shall not be placed in the overhead bins. They must be stored in a carry-on handbag, under the front seat, in the seat-back pocket, or any location within the passenger's immediate view and control.
