You can add SpringPass relatives and friends through Spring Airlines' APP/mini-program: Mine - SpringPass Relatives and Friends Management. (Since March 16, 2021, only the following document types are supported for adding relatives and friends: ID Card, Household Register, Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Taiwan Travel Permit, and Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao. Other documents are currently not recognizable.) When adding a relative or friend, the SpringPass member must undergo security authentication. After successful authentication, the SpringPass relative or friend will be added.
