Spring Airlines' membership tiers are divided into Basic Card, Silver Card, and Gold Card.
1. Membership tier eligibility: Upgrade or tier retention is granted when the accumulated flight frequency meets the above criteria within a rolling 12-month period.
2. Members accumulate flight frequency by travelling on Spring Airlines (9C) flights and booking specific classes. O class (including guest preferential fares, business trips for Spring Airlines employees, special-case re-assignments to O class, etc.) shall not count towards flight frequency accumulation for membership tier advancement.
3. The membership term is valid for one year.
If you upgrade to a specific tier, the new membership validity period will be recalculated from the date of upgrade.
Example: During the membership period, if a member reaches the Gold Card standard on November 30, 2018, the new membership validity period will be from November 30, 2018 to November 29, 2019.
As a Gold Card member, if you accumulate enough flight frequencies to meet the renewal criteria during the validity period, you will retain your membership tier and enjoy the corresponding benefits.
