Power banks and lithium batteries are prohibited as checked baggage. When they are carried on board, the following restrictions apply (lithium batteries for electric wheelchairs are subject to separate provisions): 1. Each passenger may carry a maximum of two power banks (portable chargers) on the flight; 2. The markings must be clear and complete, and the rated energy must be ≤160Wh. If the rated energy is >100Wh and ≤160Wh, approval from Spring Airlines must be obtained.
