Sight impaired passengers are adult passengers with complete loss of vision in both eyes. Spring Airlines will carry sight impaired passengers in accordance with the following provisions. Please be fully aware of the following: 1. Sight impaired passengers accompanied by a companion aged 18 or above will be accepted by Spring Airlines as ordinary passengers. 2. Guide dogs that meet Spring Airlines' conditions of carriage may be carried free of charge by unaccompanied sight impaired passengers and brought into the cabin. For the cabin's safety, guide dogs carried by sight impaired passengers must be declared at the time of reservation, with the necessary vaccination certificates and health inspection certificates provided, and may only be brought on board with Spring Airlines' consent. 3. Sight impaired passengers who are unaccompanied and without a guide dog must be able to move independently, take care of themselves, and require no assistance with eating. When making a reservation, the family members or caregivers of unaccompanied sight impaired passengers shall fill out the Application for the Carriage of Special Passengers.
