Hearing and speech impaired passengers are those who are unable to speak due to hearing impairment in both ears, and do not refer to passengers with ear diseases or weak hearing. Spring Airlines will carry hearing and speech impaired passengers in accordance with the following provisions. Please be fully aware of the following: 1. Hearing and speech impaired passengers aged 16 or above will be carried by Spring Airlines as ordinary passengers. 2. Spring Airlines does not accept hearing and speech impaired passengers under the age of 16 traveling alone. 3. Hearing dogs carried by unaccompanied hearing and speech impaired passengers shall be transported in the same manner as guide dogs.
