2. The passenger refuses to undergo screening, or his/her checked or carry-on baggage has not been screened.
3. The passenger's documents and tickets do not meet the requirements, including:
(1) The passenger fails to present a valid identification document and valid travel document, or may be repatriated en route because the onward flight has not been confirmed.
(2) The passenger holds an invalid ticket, an illegally obtained ticket, or a forged ticket, or has not paid the applicable fare, taxes, fees, etc.
4. The passenger's behavior, age, or mental or physical condition renders him/her unfit for air travel, including:
(1) Passengers who are mentally confused and unable to control themselves due to physical discomfort at the time of check-in.
(2) Intoxicated passengers, i.e., those who, due to alcohol, narcotics, or drug intoxication, have lost self-control and would clearly cause displeasure or aversion to other passengers during air travel.
(3) Psychiatric patients during an episode or patients with intermittent psychiatric disorders.
(4) Passengers who, based on diagnosis by an airport medical institution or on-site assessment by ground handling staff, are deemed unfit for air travel due to injury or illness.
(5) Pregnant women whose gestational age cannot be confirmed, or who are determined by check-in staff to be unfit for air travel.
(6) Passengers who, due to injury, illness, frailty, or mental condition, are unable to care for themselves, have no designated companion during travel, or whose companion is incapable of independently undertaking care and supervision responsibilities.

(8) Passengers with special odors or eccentricities that may discomfort other passengers.
5. The baggage does not meet transport requirements, including:

9. The passenger fails to comply with Spring Airlines' provisions, or is unwilling or refuses to follow the arrangements and guidance of Spring Airlines staff.
10. Spring Airlines shall not refuse a passenger solely on the grounds that the passenger would require assistance from others to evacuate quickly to an exit in an emergency, which might compromise flight safety. However, exceptions apply under the following circumstances:
(1) The passenger has failed to notify Spring Airlines of the need for such assistance in advance, as required by the airline's provisions;
(2) Based on Spring Airlines' evacuation assistance procedures, it is unable to make the necessary assistance arrangements for the passenger on board the flight.
11. The passenger poses a hazard to aircraft safety, or has made threatening language, motives, or acts against flight safety, or has previously committed any act during air carriage that might endanger the aircraft or the safety of passengers on board, and we have reasonable grounds to believe such conduct may recur.
12. The passenger is restricted from flying under 2.1 of the General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage.
