Special passengers include: VIPs, unaccompanied minors, aged passengers, pregnant women, infants, sight impaired passengers, hearing and speech impaired passengers, intoxicated passengers, prisoners and criminal suspects, confidential messengers, diplomatic couriers, EXST passengers, CBBG passengers, confidential passengers, stretcher passengers, passengers with illness or disability, and other passengers requiring special care. Considering the safety of both special passengers themselves and other passengers during the flight, Spring Airlines requires that special passengers provide relevant supporting documents and complete the special passenger carriage procedures when purchasing tickets. If you or your entrusted ticket purchaser fails to comply with relevant provisions, Spring Airlines has the right to refuse carriage, and the responsibility shall be borne by you or your entrusted ticket purchaser.
