Please check with the embassy or consulate in your country regarding travel documents and ensure that you prepare all necessary documents in advance.

Since it takes time to confirm travel documents, please arrive at the check-in counter when the check-in procedure starts on the day of your flight.

Please note that you may not be allowed to board due to incomplete travel documents.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise if you are denied boarding or if you miss your connection in Mainland China.

*For customers departing from Mainland China to a third country via Japan

Customers whose nationalities are not eligible for Japan’s visa exemption must have a valid passport and visa to enter Japan.

Additionally, if you are transferring between airports after arriving at Narita Airport from Mainland China, or if you are transferring at Narita Airport to depart to a third country, you will generally need to obtain a visa (transit visa or short-term stay visa).

Therefore, please note that we will refuse boarding to customers who do not have a visa.

We are not responsible for any issues that may arise if you are unable to complate your connection in Japan. If you have any questions about visa, please contact the embassy or consulate of the transit or destination country.

STEP3 Check-in baggage

The baggage check-in cut-off time is the same as the check-in closing time.

Free checked baggage allowance varies depending on the fare type. For details, please refer to  the three fare types .

There are some baggage items that cannot be checked in. For details, please refer to  Checked Baggage .

STEP4 Immigration

The security check, customs, and immigration are expected to be congested, so please arrive at the airport early.

For the Security check: Please be aware of restrictions on carry-on liquids and dangerous items. For details, please refer to Carry-on Baggage.

Customs: Passengers who require tax-free procedures should complete the procedures at customs. Immigration: Please present your passport and necessary departure documents.

For all flights departing from Mainland China, carrying matches and lighters on board is prohibited. In addition, to prevent explosions and fires, it is also prohibited to put them in checked baggage. Please note that matches and lighters must be discarded at the security checkpoint.

STEP5 Boarding

Please proceed to the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the departure time. After this time, boarding will not be permitted

If your  carry-on baggage exceeds the limit in number, weight, or size at the time of boarding, you will have to pay  the checked baggage fee at the boarding gate and your baggage will be stored in the cargo hold.
